Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive What started out as free turned into a $265 charge. The program even tried to charge me $50 to file in my home state of FL which is not required in my case. I should have stuck with my local CPA or tax pro and would have been cheaper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Experience Overall Turbo Tax 2020 performed well. The only issue I had was finding out information on the search function. It said there would be a "Jump to" option once you got to your search answer. It was never available and I had to go through all the steps to find the location that I was looking for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some Stumbling in the Dark I enjoyed and appreciated the light-hearted responses (and WOW encouragements) at moments when I felt over my head. The search help feature wasn't always helpful or applicable to my situation but seeing that other confused filers were also asking questions helped me realize I wasn't alone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gets the job done This isn't my favorite site to complete my taxes, they say it's free but in reality it never EVER is. There's always something that they require payment for, but at the end of the day we all just need our taxes submitted and complete. Turbotax will do that.
