Rated 1 out of 5 by from I have a problem filing every year My tax return is almost always rejected by no mistake of my own, it is a flawed system. I input my w-2s precisely and the system always finds error. Seems like a way of cornering hard-working, tax paying citizens into buying the MAX package which costs more than most peoples’ returns. Turbo tax used to be free and I’d like to use it every year but for some reason now it is no longer free. Even though you advertise it everywhere that it’s free to file. Safe to say this is my last year using TurboTax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problem with turbo tax My state was rejected and needed follow up. I made the changes and resubmitted. Still rejected. I have had no help from turbo tax even though the cause for for rejection was due to a glitch in your system.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lots of fees and bugs There were lots of fees for people who got 1099 forms, where they say it is mandatory to pay a certain amount for turbotax to add certain forms. They also charge additional if you worked out-of-state. CashApp taxes was much easier and did not charge me with a bunch of fees
