Come through on box 14 on the fed W-2, but does not transfer to the state tax forms automatically. Have to remove from box 14 on the w-2 and then add back in on boxed 18-20. Seems this process should be automated. 2) When efiling, it did not file because apparently I did not pay for the state efile. Rather than just going through the process of requesting payment for the state efile, had to delete my state tax forms and start over. Why can't you just ask for the state efile payment and then proceed and not requires your customer to delete and reenter the state forms...very inefficient.
