It felt a little like magic when I couldn't see where my numbers were going, but I was able to look at the actual completed return before I filed. It looked good. I had to go looking for some things that I didn't see right away. The smiley/frowny faces and other animation was annoying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need additional forms I was preparing a testamentary trust return. Forms 1099-OID and 1099-R are not in the software. I spent hours trying to figure out how to proceed and talked to three individuals in your support center. Finally, one of your CPAs helped me with work arounds. How difficult can it be to add those forms to the software? I made similar comments last year. It makes me want to look elsewhere
