Rated 5 out of 5 by from Had a great experience with a live expert I had a question about one of my income items, and had a Turbo Tax Live Expert review it. She found a duplicate 1099-R, which she explained how to delete. Saved me lots of bucks! They said the expert would get back to me the next day, but she did it on the same day!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience where i had to clear and start I received email from turbo tax saying to start my return. i clicked on link and signed in. It applied the package from 2019 "self Employed" when i only needed Premier for 2020. I requested a call and the agent told me i had to clear and restart. Turbo tax made me lose 2hours of my day to non-value added task. i would suggest you to fix the process. The calculations are not that tough when you can already handle tax rules thats in volumes of text.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Excellent Turbo Tax is very easy to use and understand even if you're not very good with computers. Turbo Tax guide you through each question step by step and also give you a chance to save and review information if you can't complete for later. I have used Turbo Tax for the last 2 years and I have received my taxes much faster. Turbo Tax check for all credits you may qualify for and mistakes you may have input with a chance to correct before submitting your return. Turbo Tax also gives you different options to pay and file. I love Turbo Tax.
