Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo tax has gotten way to expensive turbo tax has gotten cost prohibitive. fee to turbo was 50% of my refund. i signed up for max and asked a question of the tax expert but the answer wasn't available for 2 weeks so i skipped it. too expensive.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great if in a Rush I love using this service. I just didn't like the extra charges at the end. I won't use this again but I am grateful I was able to use it. I used Credit Karma last year and they didn't charge me a single thing extra. I got charged an extra$45 on premium benefits that was included in the bundle but I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR IT. SO THAT WAS ODD BUT the service other then the was easy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Software, sneaky fees I have always loved using this software. However, this year I have found it impossible to avoid some of the fees associated with its use. Had to upgrade to the highest tier, when in years past I had the same tax situation and didn't have to. Also, the $40 state return is higher than years past and did not allow me to mail it in to avoid the fee. Great software, but seems like it is becoming more profit oriented than ever
