Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was just OK this year This has not been my experience over the past 7 years, but I don't think Turbo Tax did a good job at explaining some of the questions asked. It was as if they were trying to Up sell products in order to make money. I had no choice to select the option to have an assistance, because I had to ask questions of a person. I would have preferred there be the ? mark icon that explained the questions in more detail than pay an extr $90 that my family needs. Isn't it enough that I am paying to file my taxes, let alone require me to purchase additional features that really didn't benefit me. I felt no more confident in the "tax expert" representative's answer than my own understanding.
