Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2020 Taxes All went very smoothly, only hitch was my final review of documents, it kept kicking me out before I could review every document thoroughly, I guess it was timed and I was not quick enough reviewing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly designed product, very disappointed I have used TT several years. Every year I make Federal estimated tax payments. TT failed to ask me about these payments and it skipped right over this section to enter them. I then spent 30 minutes in the help section and online trying to figure out how to enter them. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my time TT!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gets worse every year Used TurboTax for years but it has more errors and less functionality than ever in 2020. I even had to spend 25 mins on the phone with support because of an admitted bug in the software that he had not figured out, but with my help we found a hidden workaround. And, if you have to change anything before filing is is a major pain. Next year I am doing something else
