Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax works for me Clear. Easy to use. Guides me through the process asking questions. When I was done I felt confident everything was correctly reported and properly listed on the necessary tax forms.

While trying to enter the 1099-K forms I received, the Turbo Tax would not link to the proper forms (Schedule C, D, Etc.) and thus it created great hardship for hours while trying to repair things. I also can't stand that if you upgrade, you can't downgrade and are forced to pay the higher rate or start over. Scam in my opinion. I paid $50 over what I needed to!

The program provides explanations of pretty much everything you see in front of you. Makes you feel at ease knowing there's answers to any questions you have or even a live person to contact right away. It makes the whole process less stressful and gives much needed support to file confidently.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is super easy (and less headaches)! I've used TurboTax for the past few years now and it has been the simplest way to go! As long as you are prepared with all your necessary tax documents, it really is the way to go! I look forward to next year's tax season.
