Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Deluxe not as helpful as in years past Help section: finding information for a specific form that should be available is not. Asking a question is tricky. You have to ask the correct way or don't get an answer. Otherwise, I love Turbo Tax Deluxe and have used it the last 12 years with little problems.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tax returns made easy Turbo Tax is always the easier way for me to file tax returns. Once my past returns are filed all I have to do is update. But I wish the free option was more versatile. I prefer not be prompted to upgrade to a more expensive option.
