Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax pulls fast ones on people You must click that you don’t want a service and it’s set up as you denying an even more expensive service and at the end of of your filing they make you pay the money that you didn’t want to pay, but if you don’t want to pay it you can’t simply go back and change the option they just make you delete the whole return and start over. Not professional business. The paid service provides nothing but a “live” chat that doesn’t really do anything for you at all
