Provided you do a good job collecting all your necessary data, the process is largely "drag & drop", allowing you to confirm that you've entered everything correctly. I especially like both the help areas and the ability to chat with a tax expert when questions arise. An easy & affordable option to do your taxes.

They do a lot of up-selling, but they provide a good product. If you keep track of your mail and know your own personal information, then it's a really easy process.
