Rated 2 out of 5 by from Holding Up My Returns Every Year - Ridiculous I've been using Turbo Tax for 9 years and never had a problem. But for the last 3 years Turbo Tax has told me that some form was missing from the library and that I would be notified when it was ready to file. Every time I kept checking and it turns out my return was ready to file but I never received a notice which delayed my filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cost friendly, user friendly. Great improvements! I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Skipped a year, had an accountant file for me and immediately came back. I actually would have gotten more had I filed using Turbo! Cost friendly and each year user friendly enhancements are added. No better way to file and one of the best products around in my opinion.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used to be good I used TurboTax in the past because it stored my info and I usually didn't have problems uploading my W2 and other tax forms. for some reason now, the system keeps double uploading things so it messes up the numbers. It will also upload some of last years stuff into this years stuff. The instructions don't clear up these inconsistencies either. I'll probably file with a free service next year that will have the same, if not better, quality than TurboTax.

Also, all my questions along the way were answered in the Help section of the program. I'm a long-time customer and will use again. A+++
