Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is great when you check the details It's great and very helpful but if yoyr on a budget make sure you check the details and fine print for the free edition. Ive been using various forms of TurboTax and they are always outstanding.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Your "Specialist" are not Knowledgable I called in to get help with the market place advanced tax credit. I gave her access to my computer. After a long stint on the phone and computer, The first person said she had never seen this before. Transferred me to a "manager" . After about 15 minutes, and the manager not able to correct the problem, she just left the chat! Disconnected, never called back. I am paying $311 for my taxes including LIVE HELP. Which is subpar at best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live I had to upgrade to Live because there was an actual error on my 1099-R form and he spotted it! I followed the form to the exact letter but there was a typo/omission on the part of the company who sent me my 1099-R. Once i filled it in with the correct information, my 1040 was fixed and I was able to efile my taxes at last!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Student doing my taxes Turbo Tax is honestly a very simple way to get your taxes done. I was nervous about having to figure out where to do my taxes once I turned 18 and got a job but with turbo tax's easy to follow steps I was able to avoid paying the fees of accountants. They review your work with an actual accountant and if they find anything wrong they'll set up a meeting with an accountant over the phone to help you. It's cheap (free if you get your taxes done in February), easy, and accurate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is good Well I like using Turbo tax however in the end you add on prices, my federal was to be free and I was only paying for State some how the free never shows and I do not like that misconception

Rated 5 out of 5 by from used ti get rebate I had very little income and did not file last year so I did not get a rebate this year. Filed this year with turbo tax and they walked me through how to get rebate this year.
