The entire process of preparing and submitting my returns electronically is clear, thorough, and easy to follow. I plan to continue to use TurboTax for many years to come.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissatisfied I did not engage with any live agents and did everything on my own. TurboTax is great with inserting your W2's and anything else you may have step-by-step. It walks you through everything so you know what to put in what box, that makes it easy for people like me that needs extra details. However, I was not satisfied with needing to pay an extra $39 fee to have my refund direct deposited among other fees. It ended up being $117 for something I thought would have been free to file, or just a single $39 fee. It makes me disappointed and willing to seek out other tax services to save money in the future.
