I used to do it old school written forms by hand and mailed till my wife started doing them on the computer. When my wife passed away, i was lost being computer illiterate as i am. Thank you TurboTax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trouble for Seniors When I had trouble signing in this year, I chose the reset password option. When it asked for my e-mail to send a reset, it didn't recognize it. When I entered ALL my information doing an account recovery process, IT DIDN'T RECOGNIZE ANY OF IT EITHER !!! I have filed with Turbotax for over 10 years in a row, looks like they got hacked.

It can be confusing when TurboTax displays a small portion of a tax form inside of an embedded window (only showing a small section of the form) in order to zero-in on the field that needs to be filled in BUT without proper guidance of how to calculate the number that needs to be entered into the form field. PLEASE add "detailed guidance" for this feature in the next update of TurboTax.
