Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome I love using the live full-service feature. My Turbo Tax Expert, Michael C., was fantastic. He was very patient with me and knowledgeable about my unique tax situation. As a college graduate, he helped me learn about my tax returns and what everything meant.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gets the job done, but data entry can be tedious. THe only significant problem I had was entering data from consolidatd 1099 forms. THese don't comply to the expected 1099-R, 1099-INT, 1099-B, etc. format and must be hand entered. The worst is entering tax exempt interest /dividends by state. I had to enter all 50 states, and the farther down the list you get, the slower the software runs, waiting a full minute (at least) for the state selection pull-down menu to populate.
