Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax if great but the experts aren't I have been using TT for the last 9 years and it has been great. I just don't recommend the "Let us do your taxes" option because the specialists are just contracted out people working an extra seasonal job. I was swapped between 3 "experts" and They are not looking to do more than just plug in your W-2 info and see what the program spits out...for that you can do it on your own for FREE.
