Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy simple to use Super simple to use and walks you through step by step. The help icons (?) next to each important space was also very helpful as it was simple and didn't use any big fancy words. Live expert was able to thoroughly explain why and how to figure out accurate numbers especially for the EIC and stimulus portions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed with this year's program I have been purchasing the CD version for years. This year's program is the worst quality I've ever experienced. The program had infinite loops in portions that could only be escaped from by manually going to the top menu to the next steps. I have cases where the interview process skipped over questions and I had to manually go back to address. When the program did an error check it found errors that should have been automatically addressed in the background, like checking off boxes on worksheets. It also made me change the standard charity contribution amount from $300 to $600 for our joint return. (We had several thousands of dollars inputted for charitable contributions) If this continues, I may be shopping for another product I can trust.
