Rated 2 out of 5 by from Helpful, but NEVER Free I've been using TurboTax for years, and it has never been free. I hate that it's advertised all over the place as free, and then isn't. There are multiple fees too. Instead of just having it for a single flat rate, I paid three different fees to file.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX this year was difficult I filled 2021 late. E-filled. I was never alerted that it was too late and my file didn't get filled. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with a Turbotax rep. She was the only good thing in this process.
