Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live isnt that worth it I had been hopped from agent to agent when April 18, 2022 was near. Many rude and over worked tax agents. I made a complained but they never followed up. I always do m y taxes online and never had a problem until I had to hire a tax expert on Turbo Tax Live. There were 2 discrepancies and 3 tax experts. I'm still not sure if my taxes are done right, but at this point since I been passed on by so many agents. Just wanted to get my taxes over with to avoid any more penalty fees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thumbs Up for Turbo Tax Been using TurboTax for 5+ years. It has been great and easy for my simple, single returns. Not sure how easy it would be for more complicated returns like home owner deductions, married or business owner but it looks like the layout and options would be easy to navigate.

It was such an easy experience for something that felt like a mountain to climb on my own. Appreciate your detailed explanations and felt like I was able to learn a lot more about filings for an LLC as a business owner.

They didn't judge and many of them went to fat lengths to help me with my problems. They kept making helpful suggestions and made sure I got EXACTLY what I needed.

James was very patient with my questions and gave clear and concise advise, utilizing terms I can understand, taking me through the process step by step. He took great care to ensure I fully understood everything and why he needed information. He's also pretty funny and even took the time to laugh at some of my sarcastic comments. 10 out of 10 stars!!
