Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Recommend TurboTax To Everyone I Know I've been using Turbotax since 2015, and have had no issues with them. Their fast services have been really helpful since I tend to lose focus on things that take forever. I love how they explain each step of the process as well (this is great since my school taught none of this). So far I've had 7 of my friends join the site and 5 of my family, and they have been using it since.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not comfortable about my 2020 Federal Return Did not see work or how Turbo arrived at figure on return. Expected it to be about $2,900 owed, minus the $850 +/- withholding, with 15% capital gains tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrating experience at the end Preparation experience was moving along very well just as I had experienced the prior seven years, then I was asked to review details associated with the new 1099-NEC form. The instructions to correct were very ambiguous and ineffective. When I asked for live help via a phone call, nobody ever called me, Totally disappointed in Turbo Tax for the first time in seven years! Ultimately had to print my returns for mail in processing due to Turbo Tax software never getting past the hang-up over the new 1099-NEC Schedule C information.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX GREAT WELL 2019 WAS THE FIRST TIME i FILED AND I WAS VERY NERVOUS DOING IT. I HAD A FRIEND TO WALK ME THROUGH IT AND HE DID GOOD. NOW THIS TIME I DID ALL BY MYSELF AND FELT COMFORTABLE DOING SO, I APPRECIATE THE PROMPT BOXES TO HELP WHEN YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND SOMETHING. I THINK I WILL BE FILING MY TAXES ALL THE TIME NOW THANKS TO TURBO TAXES, I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT MY YEAR BEFORE TAX FORMS ARE KEPT ON FILE.
