Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need to push Our state return was rejected so I called Turbo Tax for help. the agent told me to contact IRS, but after I pushed her for her to help me, she did. She still told me to contact IRS and create an account.

Their website is incredibly user friendly, the explanations are clear/concise, and my information is secure. I'd absolutely recommend to this to anyone as it's been such a wonderful experience each time I've used it over the last few years.

Even with the minimum assistance option, TurboTax is super easy to use, and their "help" section is excellently written, so I was never confused for more than the couple of seconds it took me to read it. Easy, fast and stress free tax filing for even the most clueless (or anxious) among us
