They also go out of their to add documentation and helpful tips for every tax question in case you don't understand something (which happens often with taxes). Shout-outs to the designers who make the quick little transition cartoons and images you'll find all throughout your Tax journey.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great! I’ve used Turbo Tax online for many years. I love the fact that you can talk to tax professionals about anything that you don’t understand. I’ve never had the pros do my taxes but that is a great feature for anyone who is not comfortable doing it themselves.The simplicity of the whole experience is awesome.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Intuitive and fairly straightforward to use Everything went fine except my returns were rejected for an inaccurate EIN on a w-2, This was probably my typing mistake, but it would have been better if Turbo Tax had spotted and alerted me to the error, since it was the same employer as was in my records from last year and I assume a more robust program might have spotted that. Once I corrected the error I went through the regular submission process again, with no acknowledgement this was a resubmission, which I would have found more reassuring. Still it all seemed to work great.
