Rated 2 out of 5 by from I have an Intuit Headache Turbo Tax is not too bad. IT asks questions and if you get stuck, go to google -- The bad part is trying to get anything through Intuit. I have signed up and signed in multiple times -- it always says hmm there is a problem. We are using this for things that have very delicate details like SS#. How is it that you can't figure out how to log into an account??????

I received a phone call from a live agent, named Michelle, at the end to review. She was very helpful. The process of doing taxes at home has been made simple.
