Generally speaking the process is relatively straightforward as are the stepped instructions. There are some confusing parts to the input process, but the on line help is typically helpful. I did have an issue converting my order from WIN download to a MAC download and ended up needing to request a refund for the WIN license as there seemed to be no way to convert the order. Suggest an easier process for those of us making the switch from Windows to Mac.
