Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's nice and simpler It's nice interactive tool and somehow easy. I love auto loading my personal details and W2 but there was hiccup to load Etrade info. It was hard to reach customer service and talk to someone and finally I had to manually enter info. During submit it failed just because my TT was not up-to date which I think cud be better having avoid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is my choice I've been filing using turbo tax for many years. this year i responded to turbo tax directly where I normally purchase on line or at Stables. This did not recognize my 2021 tax return, therefore no carry forward. Also, I could not se my return as i was inputing my info. Only seen my return after filing. Disappointed.

Every concern I had was handled respectfully and diligently. My tax expert was quick to find the source of my concerns and put my mind at ease.
