Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great!!!! I had trouble with my taxes and had to go online chat and a Frederick really helped me out, had to go thru them again but found out the mistake and took care of it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Decent Experience But Watch For Extra Fees While using Turbotax is rather easy, I feel like they try to spring a few 'hidden' fees on you. Other than trying to get you to constantly buy other services, if you want your fees taken out of your refund, you get to the end of that process and have to sign an agreement with the bank that handles extracting the fee from your refund. It's easy to miss, but to pay $40 to have someone take the fee out is a bit ridiculous and to try and hide it in the midst of all of the words you read, feels like they are trying to hide it. The moment you select that you want the fees to come from your refund, you should be notified there is an extra cost for that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Going on as 6 yr customer I have been using Turbo Tax online self service for six years now and I won't use anyone else. I get my taxes done so fast with accuracy. Turbo Tax is so easy to use online and VERY affordable and even FREE which is what I love. I have Never had an issue with my taxes since using Turbo Tax
