Rated 5 out of 5 by from The dude in the help chat The dude in the help chat stayed diligent and helped me through the error the system was saying I needed to fix and instead of passing me on to someone who knew he went and found out what to do and directed me through it. really apreciate the help especially for young new tax payers like me

Not sure what the problem was other than maybe a glitch in your system. I've used TurboTax since 2007 and this is the first time I've had this problem. So disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tax Tool for everyone who needs to file I've been using Turbo Tax online for more than a Decade. It's fast, simple, holds many sections to maximize refund potential. It's easy to use, I've never had to contact one of the agents because it is so easy. Thanks TurboTax!
