Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS EASY TO USE I've been using turbo tax for years and it continues to make it easy to input my tax information for my returns. I enjoy using the learn more highlighted icon to help myself as I go through the different sections. I do taxes with my family and if one person runs into a question no one knows the answer to there's usually a way to learn in detail what that question is asking for. It then turns into a learning experience for all of us.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Simple process but over priced The experience is very easy but to pay for the service with your return rather than out of pocket doubles the price at the very end. This is not much cheaper if at all to having a real person do your taxes for you. It is just more convenient.

Past years it picked up where I left off. his year I select the app and it gives me a few options: start a new return, continue on a return. Then it take me to a screen to sign in. Then it goes to some other screen tats tell me zilch. I finally y managed to file my fed,(e-file), but cannot seem to file or print state. I keeps asking e-file or save and later. No option to file state tax. I'm stuck and will have to call for support. Tech crew must have fell asleep at the wheel this year?
