Rated 5 out of 5 by from Getting Bigger Refund than Competitor I'm getting $500 MORE in refund than with competitor I used last year. I jumped over to Turbo Tax this year due to the problem with submitting my return by E-file (they can't get it to go through and expect me to paper file!) Hoping this E-file goes through smoothly. If so, I'm not going back for these two reasons alone

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My Last Year Filing With TurboTax Charged $120 to file federal and 2 state taxes. Absolutely ridiculous price model when H&R Block allows you to file for 60$ total, no matter how many states you file.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gets You Through It, Tries to Upsell You Hard to get help unless you get "upgrades" into MAX/Premier, etc. I even purchased Deluxe but it still couldn't help me file all of my forms. It offered to upgrade me into a higher tier of TurboTax where it can handle that form. I didn't want to pay so it didn't let me e-file, thus had to print out my form and now am sending it through mail.
