Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was much simpler than anticipated I loved my experience today! This year I had some new tax issues that I have never had in the past. I opted for the Live Expert feature. The first person I talked to, LaTonya, had some sort of issue where I could see she was talking to me but nothing was coming across on my phone. She then sent me a message stating I was not allowed to use the Live Agent feature. My TurboTax screen said that I did have that feature so I called back and got Emilia. She was a delight. She made me feel VERY comfortable with the process and she was able to help me go through the steps with courtesy and professionalism. Thank you Emilia.
