I had to trail/error my way to the end. The extra paid to speak with a consultant was also a waste since the call to me was not answerable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Instructions Turbo Tax was easy to do. The instructions were easy to follow. It usually take me days to do my taxes but with Turbo Tax I was done in less than an hour.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth the charges When you hit the back button it literally does not take to the exact previous screen. So when you want it to ask you a previous question and show you what you may have selected wrong it doesnt come up and its not clear how to get back to that screen. Once everything is in the submitting process is the only nice factor.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's turbotax I've used it multiple times, but for some reason I have had difficulties with it this year. Had to refile 3 times just to get it right. The program kept telling me a document needed to be fixed, but wouldn't show me the actual page for input. I had to get back onto a computer and look up the document to find out it's an insurance document. Also, despite telling them I moved, they never took my new address. Lastly, I don't recommend leaving a review because they share that information.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Used for 10+ years I have used Turbo Tax for 10+ years. I like doing myself so I can update the info if I need to. I can also go at my own pace. I love all the FAQ's and questions that they have answered in the past to review for each step. The only thing I didn't like this year is the price. I paid WAY more than I normally do. I will probably use again. But I wouldn't be apposed to use someone else if the price was better.
