Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review Turbo Tax is who I used for the past 8 years and it has changed over the years. This years taxes were confusing and I didn't understand all that it ask even when click on some of it to get more information. I also didn't have a forum it was asking for and it gave me the option to deleted it but then it still asked for it in the review. I ended up calling your support team and the Amazing Kelly helped me. She was friendly and helpful and listen to me ramble and after she helped me she stayed with me till the end to make I wouldn't need more help. She was Awesome! Also I miss the the emotion check-in you use to have where you could click on a range of smiley to frowny faces that represented how you were doing through out your process of filing taxes. Now there is only a thumbs up (your doing great) between doing your taxes. I miss getting the opportunity to express how I feel during this process. Over all you guys are my staple and will more than likely use you again next year.

As I progress in age and complexity of filing status, I know am am able to count on Turbo Tax to guide me through any questions that I may have. Also all my investments, banking and 40, 1099's and W2's upload electronically. What more could you ask for???

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Slightly frustrating but worth it I had difficulty trying to change an error they noticed. I had to switch to the "forms" view in order to be able to make my necessary changes. The error page is misleading and it appears you can change it right there but NOT

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ease of mind. The app on the phone if fantastic since I am always on the go. It does tend to lag a little bit. Also, the agent who helped me finalize my return was great. High praise for him. I believe his name was William.
