Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy, but the software gliches need to be fixed. Overall, I'm happy, but I could not enter the correct payer address on my 1099-DIV. The support person was not able to figure it out either, so I to use my state and zip code. It wasn't support's fault, but the software gliches have to be addressed and more user friendly on the PA state tax return data entry.

I've been using TurboTax for as long as I can remember, with excellent results, even when things were a bit complicated with K-1 forms and such in years past. I love how it walks you through and explains all the things you need to consider. Plus I like starting it early in January, and then finishing quickly when the final 1099's come in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Straightforward This is my 8th year with Turbo Tax. Everything is asked in a way most anyone can understand. It is so simple and straightforward. And if you do have issues, there is an awesome chat feature. I love how it saves your information from previous years and auto-populates, as well as being able to upload your forms instead of typing everything out. 10/10 would recommend!
