Rated 4 out of 5 by from You have very nice options for help I paid for the call option, which was nice. The second time I called I got a robo call back and was put on hold. No one ever came to the line and it disconnected after 20 minutes. I figured out the problem myself but that shouldn't have happened.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to follow instructions and helpful hints I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, and every year I actually look forward to tax season. As a single mom, I don't have a lot of time or energy left come tax season so the simplicity of Turbo Tax is a lifesaver. The process is fast, easy, and reliable with Turbo Tax. I am very satisfied and I honestly can't think of ever using anything else. This year I even had the help of a tax expert, for free, when one question gave me pause. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Job Turbo Tax It's a great system with help readily available! The tax specialists I spoke with (4 x) were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! They never made me feel stupid for the questions I asked and especially "Carlette" was terrific, explaining things to me in a way I could understand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy until it's not TurboTax Business is great and asks all the questions and does all the appropriate forms. But then I tried to e-file and it kept coming back to reviews, saying that there was additional information needed. Several different forms came up for review, but there was no request for information. I even re-entered all of the State information, and still it happened. I ended up deleting one of the forms (because I hadn't needed it last year) and the e-file worked. I still don't understand what it was looking for, why it created that form to begin with, or how you're supposed to figure out what information is still needed. Very frustrating. I've used TurboTax for years, for both personal and my business taxes, and this is the first time this has happened.
