Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used for years, but I cussed so much. I've used this for years happily, but this was horrible. I had typed in mortgage information, but decided to use standard deduction. When I filed it just kept giving me an error code with no explanation. When I went back to mortgage page it just said this doesn't apply to you. Ugh why can their software just not bypass itemized info if you choose standard? I had to finally figure out to just delete information. I was going in circles for almost 30 miutes trying to figure out the friggin problem. Probably will switch to HR next year! Not only that but Intuits Mint does not link/allow Robinhood or my bank. And customer service on mint is ridiculously hard. I'm done with Intuit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sixth year of using Turbo Tax..still the best Not as easy to navigate this year. State Tax confusing as to deductions to claim. I think there was a problem in how I answered the questions, but could not determine what I did wrong. Chat box a disappointment.....just got "pre-established" answers rather than really communicating with someone. They would say 5 minutes for someone to come on line....but no one ever did.
