Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as it once was When you can't get it all done in one sitting and it takes you back to where you left off, it never really takes you there and you end up reviewing things again for 5 minutes. I also mistakingly upgraded to a small business when I didn't need to. It doesn't let you go back unless you start your returns all over again. Clever way for them to get more money. I would like the option to actually see or fill in the tax forms instead of just having TT ask me questions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing this year I had multiple areas on Federal form to correct. The 1099 DIV Turbo form did not have a #8 Box to show the foreign country name. I added the Country Name during the fix error process but it didn't recognize it because I couldn't go back to the form to add because it was missing box #8.

The process itself and what the users should expect in each step are not clear. I had issue on seeing the tax document prepared by the accountant before check out, and contacted Turbotax. Took several attempts for accountant to try uploads and eventually fixed the issue. It was not pleasant as it was too close to IRS deadline.
