Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax if Great, get rid of Credit Karma When I have any doubts about my return, I contact a person and everyone has been very helpful. I appreciate that. My only problem was with Credit Karma last year. I must have accidentally pushed a button that sent my refund to a Credit Karma account. I did not meant to do that and it must have been easy to do. I had no idea where my money was for months. It was extremely traumatic. This year the refund options seem more clearly defined. There were 2 places where I could go wrong, but they were easy to see. This is not a unique issue I have since discovered. Really, Turbo Tax. This needs to be avoided.
