Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax distribution needs help I've used Turbo Tax for more than a decade, but after buying as usual from Costco and having a newer PC without a CD player, I decided to download the Premier version and pay for it using the license code. That never worked but I'm confident Intuit will make things right for me by refunding the double charging. I sent several feedback concerns, but never got to talk to a real person and I wanted to get both Fed and CA returns in so that's why the eval says only 2 stars at this point.
