Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just do it! Turbo Tax is user friendly! Turbo Tax is easy to use! If you have any questions, the virtual assistant or use Turbo Tax Live to speak with a qualified tax expert! They have tips along the way and you can view information if you do not understand something. The tips and information are easy to read and understand! Just do it! You will not regret using TurboTax, plus if you choose the option, know your backed up with TurboTax support in the event of an audit!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax was alright but I didn't not pick PREMIUM Did everything correct and made it a bit simple but still confusing with how many time they keep trying to get you to pay for MAXX or Premium. I wanted to do this with TurboTax Free but can't change the option. Wish they made it easier to located and change or inform us why or if it cannot be free. Regardless, still cheaper than going to a tax collector.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't check state on W-2 This year I discovered that my wife's employer made deductions in the wrong state. Did I discover this because TurboTax developers thought to check that the state on the W-2 did not match my home address? Nope. I had to figure it out on my own. I then discovered that her employer got it wrong last year also, and neither I nor TurboTax caught it. This was a really expensive mistake which could have been avoided with a basic check. Because you all didn't think about it, I've got to hire an outside accountant to fix it. I will likely also have them do my taxes from now on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from unable to view work sheets its not free. i spent 300.00 in turbo fees to be able to file. you can see tax form as you work on them. Thinking of leaving turbo tax
