Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT GREAT Not so sure about TurboTax - this is the 2nd year I have used it and seems to me it should have imported last year's info - it didn't. Also, when you delete something and move on, you get to the review part and find what was deleted is right back on the form. Thought I had made a mistake but will assume not, since this system added that number right back on. Oh, and the mass of emails they send when it's time to file is ridiculous! NOBODY needs that many emails.

Wai was very prompt and efficient, ensuring that any questions I had were answered well. She maintained prompt communication, which is greatly appreciated. I'm very happy with her work :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and easy! Turbo Tax has made our taxes painless for years! Highly recommend for someone who likes to do it yourself, but have the peace of mind that you're not leaving anything out. I truly feel like our tax refund is always maximized with their easy to use service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Relatively painless! I've used Turbo Tax for several years, and it seems to be getting easier. I recently retired, and TurboTax has all of the forms, 1099R for example, ready to go. Importing the forms is very easy and makes the whole process a snap!
