Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX GUIDES ME THROUGH I FIND TURBO TAX TO BE VERY HELPFUL. IT IS EASY TO NAVIGATE THROUGH AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING WHEN NEEDED. I HAVE USED IT FOR YEARS! THIS YEAR HOWEVER, THE COST HAS GONE UP AND IT ALWAYS CHARGES FOR STATE- WHEN OTHERS ARE FREE. I DO NOT THINK I WILL USE THIS MOVING FORWARD BECAUSE OF COST AND INCREASE.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from DISAPPOINTED IN TURBO TAX I have used Turbo Tax for many years without ever having a problem. This year after e filing my federal return, I went back to open the file later and it was corrupted. I had this happen two more times. The third time I saved to a new location and was able to open after that. Having to start a new return three times was most frustrating!!
