Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awesome with a but... Everything works perfectly till the filing step. There was a mandatory $40 of refund processing fee which was mentioned anywhere. Turbo Tax claims it does Federal tax filing for free and $25 for state filing. I understand and accept. But where is the $40 of refund processing fee from?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is questionable Says I received $1633.00 back on 2020 taxes when in fact I paid in $197.00. I'm assuming Turbo tax is no longer free, so after this year I will no longer be using due to the misinformation and in accuracies.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Balance Sheet is a nightmare We have an S Corp and our statements, excel spreadsheet, etc are super easy and are broken down for the tax form. But the balance sheet had no directions and just kept saying out of balance. No idea if it is right and the info I found on the Web indicated this is a common problem. Please make that user friendly. Besides that, it was a breeze.
