Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Turbotax but there are too many surprises Turbotax makes my filing process easy. I like it. But every single year there are last minute surprises where forms lock up and prevent you from going forward until you figure out the problem. And help screen are of very little help. Adds a least 2 hours. You can do better Turbotax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is too expensive I am very frustrated that TurboTax costs me money, knowing that as a business, you are organizing to prevent free and simple tax filing, return free filing, or pay as you earn systems. To do this, and then charge such an atrocious amount for me to file, is unbelievable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from CA Use Tax entry screen not clear I had paid a Use tax for my RV this year. When the CA return correction popped up, it asked for me the use tax. I didn't realize this was for items that I had not already paid use tax. I had to then file an amended CA return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes made easy This made filing so much easier. I had a headache just thinking about preparing my taxes and turbotax made this super simple and fast and helped me get refunds I didn't even know i qualified for. Worth every penny
