Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good to work with As a first time user the Navigation was good. You do have to be familiar with tax filings but it simplified the process and made sure nothing was forgotten. I did have one problem I could not figure out but the chat feature was very helpful.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from There are better programs I used TurboTax and TaxAct online. TaxAct was far superior and easier to use IMO. TurboTax had me SO frustrated at times - stressed out big time. It was showing that I wasn't getting a refund when I knew I should be getting close to $500. Long story short, it NEVER told me what was preventing me from getting a refund. TaxAct DID. I had checked a box incorrectly, stating that someone else could claim me on their income taxes.
