Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is misleading and inefficient Very misleading on prices, discounts, services offered and efficiency. Would not have paid so much for this service had I known it would be so inconvenient. Shame on me for trusting turbotax, again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Awesome!!! except for predatory processing fee TurboTax is a fantastic software platform that allows millions of users to feel confident with their taxes. It's quick, easy, convenient, and stores information from previous years, which helps support the first three superlatives given in this sentence. I have no immediate plans to stop using TurboTax and recommend it to all. I need to give a 3-star review for two reasons. A three-star review is more likely to be considered, especially with this character count. The main reason, however, is the lack of warning or detail about the $40 processing fee. A big pull for TurboTax is the easy-to-use-UI, so it's quite disingenuous that this additional fee is being intentionally underemphasized on the page... especially in relation to the other fees for upgraded TurboTax filing packages. Please add significantly more warning about the $40 processing fee that occurs if you decide to use your tax refund to pay for a Deluxe or other upgraded model. Currently, you guys know what you're doing, and know it's not right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from By far the easiest and most helpful way to file. Walks you through everything. I was so nervous at first but a friend at work said that I should use TurboTax because she does every year and I am so glad that I did.
