Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premier stalled when inputing return Turbo Tax Premier stalled or hung when I was entering my return. I don't remember which area of the return or which form but I called in to your help line for assistance. The representative I talked with couldn't resolve the problem and tried to transfer me to Tech Support. The phone transfer failed, so I was able to back track the return and somehow I got around the problem. There should be a record of my phone call in your files.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has issues Most of it is straight forward, but it has some quirks. When you e-file it desn't check to make sure that you entered your PIN. This caused my e-file to be rejected. It also gave me errors for fields which had a zero in it, when they wanted spaces. I had to guess at removing the zeros to correct the return. If they wanted spaces they could have alerted me to the fact or at least automatically changed it. Not very friendly...
