Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good, but not great. The system allows you to create more than one account with the same SS#. I've accidentally created 3, which made it very difficult for me to track what has been entered (and lost) in itsdeductible.com. It would be easier if the system would require (allow) users to merge multiple accounts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Another year with a problem filing I had a big refund in NYS taxes, applied it all to estimated and couldn't get past the screen when I had zero estimated taxes to pay. Clearly, Turbotax did not anticipate my situation and didn't offer me a path forward. This is two years in a row that I had problems with NYS form in Turbotax. Very disappointing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turo tax Turbo tax is easy to use but so much for it being free. You need to change your add from being free to charging what we want and add in hidden fees as well. But you know people will pay your fees to get their taxes done.
