Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lack of Clear Direction No clue from my download or from your reps as to why I couldn't download and file my state until I filed my federal. I spent 3 calls and several hours on the phone trying to figure this out, with no help from your people. Then when they sold me the state download they send me the wrong state download. So I had to call again and fill out another form to get a refund. I am very frustrated with the lack of communication online and from reps to resolve this!

Our home is on a reverse mortgage and I could not get a definitive answer on that. The rest of it was very easy though and that is important for an old person like me.

There was one question I took forever to find out and this site gave "help" but it was vague. The website I got my info was also vague, but I either way I didn't know how to answer. If I couldn't answer, there should be at least a free option, choice, one time only? where I can ask what this question means. Otherwise its not easy to use. I spent 3 hours researching and still no answer. good otherwise.
