Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Good but Expensive Peter was wonderful. Attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. We have used Turbo Tax for 6 years now and it continues to be exponentially expensive. There should be some sort of discount for return users.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Use to be a lot easier and was really exspensive seemed more difficult this year. especially the karma monkey. seemed like the pricing went through the roof and I did not know what I was paying for until the end. over $200 for a simple return is rediculous.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from FEES!!! I was charged $117 to e-file both fed and state, plus a fee to take it from the federal totaling the $117. It took so long that at the end I was just wanting to get everything done so I just paid it. next year will be very different. I SO wish credit karma tax didn't sell out to cash app or I would have used them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why use Turbo Tax? Because it's great! This was my first time using Turbo Tax. My son has used this service for years with great success. I had to call Customer Service (tax expert) twice. Donna and (can't remember) were superb guides and answered my questions immediately. They were quick to call back, also. I highly recommend this service, and I will be using it in future years.
