Rated 5 out of 5 by from so easy even a monkey can do it I've been using turbo tax now for over 12 years. It's the easiest thing possible, very affordable, and has navigated me through the constant changes of life including moving, marriage, and a baby.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use - watch out for hidden fees I think it was easy to use and helped me do my taxes but they want you to pay a $40 "processing fee" if you pay them with money from your return so make sure to pay with a credit card. I almost let that slip by me! I feel like that was an attempt to take advantage of people who either don't have the money to pay at the moment or just don't pay attention to that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2020 Turbo Tax Review This was the first time using Turbo Tax and completing our state and Federal taxes on our own. It was easy, user friendly and thorough . Excellent response on all our issues from Ted and Joanne. Will definitely use Turbo Tax next year.

I love that each year they bring over my previous information and make the steps easy to follow. This year with having different jobs and unemployment due to Covid I was worried about filling my taxes but the tax experts that are provided are nice and so helpful. I am a millennial and doing taxes with Turbo Tax makes my life easier!
