Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy year after year! Once again, Turbo Tax made doing my taxes super-easy. As a teacher who spends a lot of my own money on my classroom, it's nice to have them help me get the maximum refund possible. Highly recommend!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Michelle was awesome. Michelle helped me to refile my 2020 return with a zero AGI for 2019 and hopefully that will be accepted. She was kind, easy to talk to and easy to understand. She also gave me other options when I asked her about a friend that needs to file form 2555 with their 1040. Please give Michelle a big raise. (I am not kin to her). I did explain to her that I only used Turbo Tax in order to file my 2020 return electronically. I had already figured the whole return and if the IRS rejects the new filing of a zero AGI for 2019 and I have to send the return in the mail, then I did not really need Turbo Tax. I then should be refunded the $140 that I paid Turbo Tax.
