Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax User Friendly Turbo Tax has always been very user friendly and the flow of the documents very clear and concise . I have never had any problems because it has a simple flow. A bit repetitive but that helps you not to forget all the details.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good to have people that care for you. I use the live Assisted because my Tax return was rejected for 4 times and I didn’t know what was going on. I needed help and Mayo, my saver, works with me from the beginning to find the problem that was my 2021 tax return it’s still being prosees. Now everything is okay. Love you Mayo.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not user friendly I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. This year was the most frustrating ever. It kept asking me to edit an item when I already reviewed it and edited it. So, I clicked the edit button, reviewed my information, AGAIN, and exited. Once again, it asked me to edit my response! Also, I went to download my state document and it was not available to download. Having to input different payment information for payment of the state e-file was a pain.
