Rated 2 out of 5 by from Free doesn't mean what it used to I had to go back to the same review multiple times because your system doesn't understand that my school doesn't give 1099-t forms. I also couldn't find the menu for editing school information to fix the city name, so it looks like I've made up a city in Arizona. Oh, and I just loved how I selected the free Do-It-Yourself option only to be charged $89 for filing as well as an extra $39 for choosing to pay with my return. Had I known I was being charged for that option, I'd have picked the other payment option. Heck, I'd have filed elsewhere if I knew I was being charged for doing my own taxes. I get it. It's a service that wants compensation for being useful. Lesson learned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Asking me too many times if I want my return early I get that TurboTax has new features and methods in which you can get your tax return back early but for God Sakes I think I turned down that option like 7 different times. If I said no the first time I'm not going to change my mind the million times after being asked the same thing over and over again. Made the process more annoying.
